The Arrows Basketball Coaching staff started yearly pre-season testing on every incoming basketball player. The players get tested in seven different categories: Bench Press, Parallel Squats, Power Clean, Pro-Agility, 12-Minute Run, Dips and Vertical Jump. The players results from each test are computed to a point total. To qualify for overall leaders, a player must meet the criteria of being in good standing in the basketball program (past or present).
